What is Aēvi?
Aēvi is a wedding gallery your guests help fill. You put one QR code on your tables; guests scan it with their phone camera and send the photos and videos they took at full resolution into one private gallery that belongs to you.
Do guests need to download an app or sign up?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera, choose the photos and videos they want to send, and tap Send. There is no app to install and no account to create. Only the couple needs to sign in.
Are the photos full resolution? Can guests send videos?
Yes to both. Every photo and video arrives as the original file, and you can download everything at full resolution. While a clip is still being prepared for playback, you can already download the full file.
Who can see the photos?
You see everything. You decide whether guests can view the shared gallery, and you can send a view-only link to family. A guest can also send a photo just for the two of you, and it won't appear anywhere else.
How much does it cost, and what if more guests come than our plan covers?
One payment, no subscription: up to 60 guests ฿890, up to 120 guests ฿1,790, or unlimited guests ฿2,390. Every plan includes every feature. No guest is ever blocked from sending photos. If more guests join than your plan covers, their photos are stored safely but stay blurred until you upgrade, which you can do with a quick PromptPay payment — no card on file required.
How long are the photos kept?
Your gallery stays online for 12 months, counted from your wedding day, or from the first day that 15 or more guests sent photos, if that came first. Download everything at full resolution whenever you like, or extend hosting before that period ends.
We've hired a wedding photographer. Do we still need this?
Your photographer captures the moments that matter most; your guests are at every table and catch everything else. The two work together. Your photographer can also send their photos into the same gallery through their own link, and those uploads don't count toward your plan.
Where do we put the QR code?
On your tables and at the entrance. Every plan includes printable QR signs and a short script for your emcee, and you can order printed table cards if you'd rather not print them yourself.
Can I give this as a wedding gift?
Yes. A guest or a parent can purchase an unlimited-guest gallery (฿2,390) and send the couple a link. The couple has 12 months to claim it.
